<title>Draft Schedule for Fall Directors&apos; Meeting</title>

<description><![CDATA[<p>We are still waiting to confirm times with one of the outside organizations we reached out to, so a couple of these sessions may shift times based on their availability. However, we have confirmed the following topics/ conversations for our Virtual Directors
    Meeting coming up at the end of this month (all times listed are Eastern Time).&nbsp;</p>
<p><b>Tuesday, September 29 (</b><b>3:30 pm - 5:30 pm)<br /></b><b>Welcome Session: CUPSO Speed Dating<br /></b>Peer share of center challenges and accomplishments using breakout rooms and report-backs.&nbsp;</p>
<p><b>Wednesday, September 30 (11 am - 12:30 pm)<br /></b><b>Emerging Issues for Local Governments&nbsp;<br /></b>Interview-style panel with NACO and NLC. Includes plenty of time for discussion and Q&amp;A</p>
<p><b>Wednesday, September 30 (3:30 pm - 5:30 pm)<br /></b><b>Issue Roundtable<br /></b>Using the Remo platform, attendees will be able to join "table conversations" around a number of operational and policy issues. They will be free to move between "tables"
    to pop in on different discussions.&nbsp;</p>
<p><b>Thursday, October 1 (11 am - 12:30 pm)<br /></b><b>Justice, Equity . . . and Change&nbsp;<br /></b>Presentation from the Kellogg Foundation on how to think about change management through a lens of justice and equity in volatile times. Includes plenty of
    time for discussion and Q&amp;A.&nbsp;</p>
<p><b>Thursday, October 1 (3:30 pm - 5:30 pm)<br /></b><b>Our Role in Justice &amp; Equity Work&nbsp;<br /></b>CUPSO member panel on how university public service centers can bring our lenses/ skill sets to address these challenges (followed by small group discussion).&nbsp;</p>
<p><b>Friday, October 2 (11 am - 12:30 pm)<br /></b><b>Closing Session: Open Space Networking&nbsp;<br /></b>We will again use the Remo platform to facilitate table discussions and networking among participants, followed by a brief summary of takeaways and next
    steps from the CUPSO board.&nbsp;</p>
